Read this before looking through my reviews--just some context and a small introduction before you dive in!

hey hey hey! Thanks for taking a look at the little reviews of my books. I love to write about what I read and have tried my best to articulate how I feel about each book. Keeping this in mind, most of my reviews are a little all over the place. I wrote most of these reviews around 3 am since I finish books late at night and quickly need to organize my thoughts. If I didn’t, I would have either forgotten important details overnight or literally explode from all my internal thoughts. I always edit my reviews the day after but I try not to change too much to capture the heartfelt emotion. So. Please take whatever I say with a grain of salt.
Even with my unorganized thoughts, I try my best to break down my review into multiple parts
When I started and finished the book
typically, I take about two to four days to finish a book, but the dates give an idea of what month I read it and the overall weather...I am a mood reader if you can't tell
My personal rating from 1-5 stars
I try to be as honest as possible.
Synopsis
A general summary of the book in my own words and important details to job my memory so I can read back and think "Oh yeah! Now I remember!"
Key Tropes
It's like those key phrases you see in Netflix previews when searching for what to watch
ex: enemies-to-lovers, fantasy, young-adult, fiction, humorous, etc. I sometimes include this in the tags section of each review.
Overall review of the story
Just my general thoughts on the events that took place in the book, the pacing, the syntax the author utilizes, etc. This is half of the bulk of each review and where I mostly rant hehe
Characters
I tried my best to include descriptions of each character, but my original reviews go straight into my opinions of each person in the book. I like to focus on the main characters and the narrator's inner dialogue (if there is one) and rant about each person individually. Then, I go into the chemistry between the characters and my emotional attachment with them (if there is one).
Final Thoughts, Parting Words
This part is self-explanatory. It can also be considered a TLDR section if you don't want to read me ranting. I say my last words and explain what I learned from the book or whether I would read it again. I also include whether I would recommend it to others and suggest specific people who would like the book.
Bonus Game!
Depending on the book, I sometimes like to play a bonus game with the characters. These games can be "Kiss, Marry, or Kill", "Who I Would Like to Have Dinner With", or Which Taylor Swift Song Best Fits the Book.
NOTE: I try my best to not write about any spoilers, but if I do, I put in a quick warning.
Ok. Now you’re all caught up. I hope you enjoy the outcomes of me aggressively typing on my keyboard in the dead of night. <333
